Packaging Promise
Our packaging is environmentally conscious, comprising 100% kraft paper pouches and boxes that are fully biodegradable. Delivery notes are printed on recyclable paper, and we utilise paper tape. We encourage you to reuse, recycle, or compost any packaging received from us.
Orders
You agree to provide current, complete, comprehensive, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions conducted at our store. It is your responsibility to promptly update your account and other relevant details, including email address and credit card information, to facilitate the completion of your transactions and enable us to reach out to you as necessary.
We retain the discretion to decline any order placed with us. It is within our sole discretion to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.
Such limitations may encompass orders made through the same customer account, identical credit card details, and/or orders utilising identical billing and/or shipping addresses. Should there be any alterations to or cancellations of an order, we will endeavour to notify you via the email and/or billing address provided during the order placement. We uphold the right to restrict or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
The final price, inclusive of all taxes and fees for the Goods, will be presented on the checkout page, where you may proceed with the purchase. Please note that the price displayed on the checkout page excludes any import fees or duties applicable by your local customs authorities.
Prices for Goods showcased on the Website are subject to change. We reserve the right to apply discounts or adjust prices periodically.
We retain the right to amend or discontinue further sales of any products. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price alteration, suspension, or cessation of product sales.
All prices exhibited on the Website include international shipping costs and taxes. However, please be advised that consumers from various countries may encounter slightly different product prices – these disparities may arise from the Value Added Tax (“VAT”) / Belasting Toegevoegde Waarde (“BTW”), which may or may not be applicable depending on individual circumstances. Additionally, depending on your shipping address, some buyers may incur import fees.
Please note that we do not impose any conversion rates or charges associated with your chosen payment method. However, certain banks may apply conversion rates for outgoing payments and international transfers – consequently, we bear no responsibility for any bank fees or conversion rates applied by your bank for payments made to us. Our products are shipped from Europe to ensure a smooth customs process and once a month they are sent from the UK to reduce shipping cost and increase chance of goods arriving to your door. Shipping and handling fees vary based on the destination and order value. Please refer to the following breakdown sending via PostNL track and trace:
Netherlands (excluding Aruba, Curaçao, St Maarten, Bonaire, St Eustatius and Saba). Shipping time 2-4 working days.

Shipping Limitations
Following issues with customs clearance, we have suspended deliveries to Asia, Africa, the USA, Canada, South America and Russia.
Please note that shipping terms may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, increased packaging volume, transfers to the local carrier in your country, remote shipping locations, air and ground transportation strikes or other delays. We will not be responsible for delays if the shipment is delayed due to the unforeseen reasons mentioned above.

Returns
We recognise that circumstances may change, prompting the need for a return of your order. To accommodate this, we have implemented a 30-day return policy for your convenience.
30-day Satisfaction Guarantee:
You have the liberty to return products purchased from us within 30 days from the date of receipt and receive a refund under the following circumstances:
- You have received a product with damaged or contaminated packaging;
- You have received a product that is defective or otherwise unsatisfactory;
- You have received an incorrect item;
- You have opted to return a product due to a change of mind.
This 30-day returns policy exclusively applies to physical products acquired on this website. For Peritip products purchased from alternative vendors, please consult their respective websites for return procedures, as such returns will be governed by the policies of the seller, over which we hold no jurisdiction.
Return Eligibility:
Goods can be returned only if they remain in their original condition, with unopened Peritip and Tips packaging. Due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept exchanges for opened Peritip or Tips packs. If the packaging has been opened, rendering the product unsellable, we cannot refund the purchase amount.
Return Process:
As the buyer, you bear the responsibility for return shipping costs in cases of regretted purchases. Returns must be dispatched as tracked packages, with postage paid. Upon request, Peritip will furnish you with a return address to facilitate the return process. Kindly ensure that the products reach us in their entirety no later than 30 days following the purchase date. For assistance in initiating a return, please contact hello@peritip.com to obtain the necessary address and returns slip.
- All returns require prior authorisation from a Peritip representative at hello@peritip.com.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in instances of damaged merchandise or incorrect orders.
To commence the return process, please email hello@peritip.com, specifying the items you wish to return. Subsequently, you will receive an email containing the return address and returns slip. Print and enclose the packing slip in the package, affix the shipping label to the exterior, and dispatch the package with the requisite postage to Peritip in your country. Provide us with the tracking number for reference. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, we will initiate the refund process, and you will be notified via email. The (partial) refund will be credited to
the original payment source used for the order. Please allow up to 14 days for processing. Once a refund has been issued, it typically takes 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statements.
Unclaimed Packages:
Packages that remain unclaimed are returned to us. Should you wish to have your package redelivered, we will levy the necessary charges for reshipment. If your order qualifies for free shipping and you fail to pick up the shipment, resulting in a need for reshipment, the shipping fee will be charged to you.
